SAIF Corporation invites bids from qualified vendors to provide landscape services at our regional office in Medford, Oregon. See attached ITB for details.
The contractor shall provide general landscape maintenance services including mowing, edging, leaf removal, fertilizing lawns; fertilizing, weeding, raking, inspecting, pruning ornamental plants and ground covers; seasonal irrigation adjustments, monthly inspection, repairs and component replacements using a licensed irrigation contractor; removing leaves and debris from hard surfaces, blowing trash enclosures, keeping paving joints and cracks free of weeds. The contractor must use environmentally friendly products where available, obtain approval before using herbicides/pesticides, and not use the herbicide Perspective. Power equipment use is restricted to outside normal business hours (7:00 AM to 5:30 PM PT, Monday-Friday). The contractor must schedule all services in advance, protect surrounding structures and vehicles, remove and dispose of all trash and debris, and comply with all applicable laws.
