RFQ CTYTF Recreation Building Roof Replacement

The scope includes removing existing metal roofing down to sheathing and disposing of all materials; identifying, furnishing, and replacing damaged roof sheathing; furnishing and installing high temperature ice and water shield underlayment over the entire roof surface; furnishing and installing a new standing seam metal roofing assembly, ridge cap, flashing, and fascia to match the adjacent building; removing existing gutters and downspouts; and furnishing and installing new aluminum 6-inch K-Style seamless gutters and 3x4 inch downspouts tied into existing storm drains. The offeror is responsible for all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, fees, permits, debris disposal, clean-up, and temporary restrooms. The contractor must comply with OSHA safety protocols and OYA security requirements, provide all required permits, schedule inspections, and provide a complete project schedule. The project must be completed by an agreed-upon time, and all work must be done in accordance with manufacturer specifications and highest industry standards.
