Pork, Ham Ends & Pieces
The contractor will supply boneless, fully cooked pork ends and pieces in catch weight cases. The estimated quantity is one full truckload (approximately 40,000 pounds). The goods must meet detailed specifications including maximum salt content of 330 mg per ounce, maximum fat content of 2 grams per ounce, maximum water content of 12%, and must be gluten-free. Mechanically separated or formed goods are not accepted. Delivery is FOB destination to the ODOC Central Distribution Center at 3601 State Street, Salem, OR 97301, with all transportation and handling charges paid by the contractor. The contractor must palletize deliveries on American Standard sized wood pallets with four-way entry, stretch-wrapped, with a maximum pallet weight of 2,500 pounds.
