The Contractor will provide a cloud-delivered SSE platform supporting Zero Trust Network Access, Secure Web Gateway, Cloud Access Security Broker, and Data Loss Prevention, among other modules, acquired modularly based on agency need and funding. Services may include discovery and architecture design, implementation and project management, configuration/integration/migration/onboarding, support for both government and commercial cloud models, proof-of-concept/pilot testing, acceptance testing, monitoring/logging/reporting, documentation, training and knowledge transfer, ongoing support/maintenance/stabilization, lifecycle management, and end-of-contract transition services. The Price Agreement supports agencies under Enterprise Information Services governance as well as other authorized cooperative purchasers, with services delivered remotely, onsite, or via hybrid model as specified per Order.
