DAS SPS seeks a COTS, MOTS, or SaaS solution for regulatory licensing and compliance to replace existing systems used by Oregon licensing boards, commissions, and agencies. The solution must include training, support, and maintenance. It will serve hundreds of license types across many boards and state agencies within Oregon's decentralized licensing ecosystem.
Pre-Bid Conference: No Pre-proposal Conference
The selected Proposer shall provide a COTS, MOTS, or SaaS solution with functionality that provides Regulatory and Compliance licensing and certification application for Occupational Licensing, relating to Licensing Boards and Commissions (LBC) and State agencies (Authorized Purchasers). The solution must include training to the personnel, on-going maintenance and support, and all other applicable services to support the proposed solution and implementation. The Price Agreement(s) resulting from this RFP may be used by State agencies under the purchasing authority of DAS or Regulatory Licensing Boards and Commissions that have independent authority.
