Pre-Bid Conference: NO PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD FOR THIS RFP
The contractor will provide annual inspection, calibration, and repair services for autoclaves and associated equipment. Services include emergency response within 24 hours onsite for critical equipment, providing cost estimates upon assessment, and performing repairs upon written acceptance. Scheduling is coordinated with the Agency's HVAC Manager.
