Perform emergency relief work for Bridge A - NBI 17951 on SH-11 over the Chickaskia River, including clearing and grubbing, unclassified borrow topsoil, earthwork, temporary silt fence and dike, solid slab sodding, 10,930 tons of Type I plain riprap with filter blanket, construction zone impact attenuators, portable longitudinal barrier, construction signs, barricades, warning lights, drums, flaggers and portable changeable message signs, removal and installation of beam guardrail with bridge connections and delineators, Level II construction staking, SWPPP documentation and management, and mobilization.
