The New York State Department of Corrections & Community Supervision is soliciting bids for the procurement of various knit fabrics: Rib Knit (Flat & Tubular); Sweatshirt Fleece; and Twill (Shirting & Suiting). These will be used in the manufacture of clothing at Clinton, Eastern, & Shawangunk Correctional Facilities, Division of Industries. Clinton is located in Dannemora, NY; Eastern is located in Napanoch, NY; and Shawangunk is located in Wallkill, NY.

For each item offered, Bidders shall submit samples to be tested for contact award. Samples must be received by close of business (COB) Wednesday, September 2, 2026, or their bid will not be considered. Please refer to IFB #0226's "Samples" clause on pages 37-38 for additional information.
