SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to New York State Finance Law Section 163(6) and New York State Education Law Section 355(a), for the above noted service. This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A and Article 17-B of the New York Sate Executive Law (Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises and Service-Disabled Veterans' Businesses).

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law Section 139-j&k, also known as the Lobbying Law. The successful contractor will be required to submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law Section 139-j&k, and New York State Tax Law Section 5-a. The successful contractor will be required to submit valid and current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability Benefits insurance certificates.
