SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University ("SUNY DHSU") intends to procure multiple EPIQ CVx Ultrasound Systems for its Cardiology Department using MMCAP/Concordance Contract # MMS2200731 via New York State's OGS "Piggybacking" process, pursuant to its authority under New York State Finance Law, Article 11, Section 163(10)(e) which authorizes purchases required by state agencies from contracts let by other state agencies, the U.S. government, or any other state with the concurrence of the Office of the State Comptroller and under appropriate circumstances.
