Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: DESCRIPTION: MTA Bridges & Tunnels (MTA B&T) is seeking proposals from vendors to Provide, Operate and Maintain a Back Office System (“System”) for MTA B&T Automated Enforcement Programs (AEP). The Base Contract requires the System to be fully integrated with the existing Weigh in Motion (WIM) roadside system at the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge with interfaces to New York City’s Department of Finance and MTA Systems. The Contract also includes Options for expansion to additional B&T Bridges (i.e., Bronx Whitestone, Marine Parkway, Cross Bay, Throgs Neck and Verrazano-Narrows); System expansion to support MTA B&T Work Zone Speed Enforcement (AWZSE) operations; and, option years for both WIM and AWZSE Operations.
