The New York State (NYS) Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit bids from Service Providers who are certified Salesforce Consulting Partners for a three (3) year Enterprise Agreement Contract (EAC) to procure Implementation Services. This procurement is limited to the engagement of a Salesforce-certified consulting partner to provide professional services in support of our Salesforce environment. All required Salesforce licenses, products, and cloud services have been procured separately and are not in scope for this effort. The selected partner will be expected to supply qualified personnel aligned to the specified roles and job titles outlined in this bid. No additional Salesforce software, subscriptions, or platform components are requested as part of this engagement.
