SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following:
Interior Wall Repairs
• Inspect and replace insulation as necessary to maintain energy efficiency.
• Install new plywood or any other rotted wood and drywall (sheet rock) where required to provide a
smooth, even surface. And paint
Flooring Repairs
• Remove washer dryer and flooring to inspect for rotten plywood and framing.
• Replace rotten plywood and framing re-glue or replace flooring and cove base.
Site visits are mandatory. The site visit date is scheduled for Friday, August 7th, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at the project site. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
