The Office of Employee Relations (OER) entered into a 21 month single source contract extension from 4/1/2026 to 12/31/2027 with SUNY Research Foundation for Statewide Training and Professional Development thru the Public Service Workshops Program (PSWP). A formal open competitve request for proposal was not utilized because there was not sufficient time to perform an open competitive process. SUNY Research Foundation is able procure subcontractors, including MWBE and SDVOB, for the delivery of services for the State-wide trainings.
