The New York State Veterans Cemetery – Finger Lakes, serves as a final resting place for Veterans, their spouses, and dependents. The contractor shall provide professional cemetery burial services, ensuring dignified and respectful handling of all headstone and marker settings, and groundskeeping activities. All work shall comply with NCA standards (as outlined in 38 CFR Part 38 and NCA guidelines) under the direction of the Cemetery Director or designee). The contractor shall supply all necessary staff. These services will act as a supplement to current state staffing as needed.
