The City of Newburgh plans the renovation of the existing roof located at 155 West Street, Newburgh, New York. The Roof Work
includes but is not limited to removing the entire flat roof membrane, compromised areas of the existing roof sheathing and
structural framing members as indicated on the Architectural drawings and replace those areas to match the existing roof
construction, install a new membrane and new rigid insulation over the entire flat roof, install new crickets, raise existing HVAC
equipment as needed, install new boots flashings, etc. around all existing roof penetrations; and install a new ridge vent on the
existing gable roof. All Work is subject to prevailing wage rates and requires submission of original certified payrolls as a condition
for payment. A Pre-Bid Site Visit Meeting has been set for Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. Contractor attendance is strongly
encouraged.
