This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) by the New York State Lake George Park Commission (“Commission”) for bids from temporary staffing firms (“Firm”) to provide the Commission with temporary employment services for 50 - 60 seasonal staff to adequately meet its needs in administering the aquatic invasive species (AIS) inspection and decontamination program for the 2027-2031 program years.
The boat inspection program operates from May 1 to October 31 of each year. Staff will be required throughout this period as well as two weeks prior and six weeks following the program to assist with setup and decommissioning of the seasonal program. In consideration of this, the Firm will be expected to provide the Commission with temporary employment services and staff from April 15th to December 15th of each contract year.
