The County of Orange (“County”) is seeking a qualified firm (“Consultant”) to provide engineering design services
as they relate to the stabilization of two slopes adjacent to two (2) Orange County roadways: County Road 32 (Mill
Street) in the Town of Cornwall and County Road 74 (Forge Hill Road) in the Town of New Windsor. The Consultant
shall be required to perform analysis of the slopes, testing, and two (2) stabilization recommendations, followed by
a full detailed design with plans and specifications for the County to create an RFB for construction restoration (the
“Work”). Consultant shall also provide a detailed cost estimate of the proposed construction project.
