Discretionary 26016- Salesforce Advisory Services- Distributor/Resellers

The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) intends to contract with a vendor pursuant to its discretionary authority under State Finance Law §163(6), which permits discretionary purchases up to $1,500,000, to provide implementation services for Salesforce products, as outlined in the attached document included with this advertisement.

This procurement opportunity is limited to businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law (MWBE) and businesses certified pursuant to Article 3 of the Veterans’ Services Law (SDVOB). Vendors must also be an authorized Salesforce distributor or reseller.

OASAS intends to make an award based on the proposal determined to represent the best value to the State. In making this determination, OASAS may consider factors including, but not limited to, the vendor’s qualifications and experience, demonstrated understanding of the Scope of Work, proposed technical approach, ability to successfully complete the project within the required timeframe, and proposed cost.

There will be no formal Question and Answer period. However, vendors may submit questions by email to oasasprocurements@oasas.ny.gov. OASAS will make reasonable efforts to respond within two (2) business days. At its sole discretion, if OASAS determines that a question and response would be beneficial to all potential applicants, OASAS reserves the right to post both the question and the corresponding response on the New York State Contract Reporter for public review.
