Dead trees are already cut and piled and need to be removed to allow for habitat restoration and reduce wildfire
risk. This contract seeks a contractor to physically remove piled material from up to 28 acres. Machinery such
as excavators and loaders can be used to move the material, as long as specifications for environmental
protection are met.
To be deemed qualified and responsive, bidders must provide the following minimum requirements:
•Provide three (3) satisfactory client references for whom the Bidder has performed services similar to those defined in this IFB in the past five (5) years.
• Proof of Department of Labor Contractor Registry
Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years:

Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE)
MBE Goal: 15.00%
WBE Goal: 15.00%
