Huntington Memorial Library is seeking a contractor with experience working on historic buildings to restore our front porch.
The project includes but is not limited to the removal of an existing stair and associated railings, site improvement and the fabrication and construction/installation of new front stairs, newel posts, hand and guard rails as shown in the Contract Documents.
Subcontracting is allowed as outlined in the project manual.
