The Gateway Development Commission (“GDC”) has posted on its e-Procurement platform, Request for Proposal (RFP) No. GDC-26-035-OP for the provision of an enterprise Human Resources Information System ("HRIS") in support of the Hudson Tunnel Project (“HTP”), the centerpiece of a multi-billion dollar set of passenger railroad projects on the Northeast Corridor (the “NEC”), between Penn Station in Newark, New Jersey and Penn Station in New York, New York (“NYP”).
GDC invites qualified firms with experience providing HRIS enterprise solutions, including recruiting, training, payroll and benefits management, amongst other employee-related management areas, to submit proposals.
