Structrual repairs to the top and bottom surface of level 5 on East & West Garage, phased to minimize loss of parking capacity Repairs Include the following
Deep and shallow concrete repairs
Epoxy crack injection
Replacement of washes and expansion joints
Cleaning concrete surface and installing penetrating sealer
repainting line striping to match existing layout
Plumbing
Replace area drains,drain piping, risers and fittings. Piping and fittings to be epoxy coated
Replace florr cleanouts, drains and trench drains ground level
Replace check valve on fire protection system
Replace hangers for copper washdown piping with copper/vinyl coated supports
Natural gas piping to be stripped and repainted with rust preventative paint
