The HQS Contractor and/or inspectors performing services for the HQS Contractor must maintain the necessary skills and judgement to perform all the duties and responsibilities customarily associated with performing HQS inspections and documenting such inspections. All inspectors must have Housing Quality Standard certifications, National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) certifications, a valid driver's license, and the use of an automobile for work purposes.
