The Village of Bemus Point is requesting design and construction cost proposals for the replacement of the roof and rain gutter systems at it's Village Casino building. Requested options include: traditional commercial asphalt shingle roof system, standing seam/concealed fastener commercial metal roof system, both including ice/water shield and flashings, and replacement of the existing gutters and downspouts.

The project includes removal of all existing roofing material, repairs to roof decking, removal and disposal of temporary tarping, installation of ice and water shield along eaves and in areas prone to ice damming, all appropriate flashing, and replacement of existing gutters and downspouts with a commercial grade system including leaf guards. Two roofing options are required: commercial grade asphalt shingles or a standing seam commercial roof system with concealed fasteners. The work covers the upper roof from the eaves up and does not include areas below the eaves. Re-roofing shall commence immediately after a truss repair project concluding on or about October 1st.
