<div class="bg-primary text-white fw-bold p-2 collapse-toggle"The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to install entry and access control systems for residential apartment entry points and restaurant entry and service areas; provide rough-in and infrastructure for security camera installation throughout the building, including wiring, conduit, and mounting locations; provide and install a security alarm system for the restaurant space; and provide and install a security access panel at the rear of the building to manage restaurant access. The work also includes coordination with the owner and project team, compliance with NYS and local codes, field coordination with other trades, site safety, protection of historic elements, and participation in inspections and close-out activities.
