Work includes drywall installation at new and existing interior walls, ceilings, shaft walls and chases; fire-rated and sound-rated assemblies; finishing to Level 4 or Level 5 as required; coordination with other trades; protection of historic elements; and punch-list completion and cleanup. Exclusions include structural framing modifications, decorative plaster restoration, and finish painting beyond minor touch-ups.
