ESD is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide consulting services/purchasing options for technical projects. From among the Proposals received, ESD intends to select a list of qualified firms to perform consulting services related to the ESD’s Information Systems infrastructure (both hardware and software systems). The anticipated duration of the list is three (3) years with an option to extend for up to one (1) year, at which point ESD anticipates that it will issue a new solicitation for pre-qualified firms.
