This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals for the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of a statewide Land Mobile Radio System and Backhaul Network to support DEC operations to include the Divisions of Law Enforcement, Forest Protection and various DEC administrative groups. DEC expects the Proposer to demonstrate their competency and knowledge in this area by demonstrating to DEC how the Proposer’s System will meet or exceed DEC’s needs.
Offerors shall adhere to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Guidelines Regarding Permissible Contacts During a Procurement and the Prohibition of Inappropriate Lobbying Influence.
