• The review committee guidelines have been updated to allow for increased flexibility in application review, allowing NYSERDA to draw from both internal and external experts tailored to the needs of each round.
• Technical discrepancies with the application link have been resolved, and guidance on how to apply has been updated to provide clearer instructions.
• Attachments have been streamlined to remove redundant materials.
PON 3414 has been revised and the changes are as follows:
Acceptance period changed from December 31, 2024 to December 31, 2029.
Additional funds for Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) increased to $1,600,000.
Change to Section IV: Contracting, which changes the maximum contract period from eighteen to twenty-four months.
