THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (HEREAFTER, THE "AUTHORITY" OR "NYPA") INVITES YOU TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL TO FURNISH ALL SUPERVISION, LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT (EXCEPT FOR SERVICES, MATERIALS AND/OR EQUIPMENT TO BE FURNISHED BY OTHERS AS SPECIFICALLY REFERRED TO IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS) FOR THE FOLLOWING PROJECT:
The New York Power Authority (“NYPA”) is seeking a vendor to create an Enterprise Knowledge Management function that conveys the value of documenting, sharing, and reusing knowledge as part of an organization’s culture as well as to translate captured knowledge into actionable items that drive business value, enhance decision-making, and improve organizational efficiency. To support an evolving organizational landscape, the ability to effectively capture, categorize, and utilize knowledge across the enterprise is critical to continuous improvement and strategic success.

Most New York work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what a GC or agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
