The New York Power Authority (“Authority”) and the New York Renewable Energy Development Holding Corp. (“NYRED”) invites you to submit a response to the Request for Qualifications for Q26-7540KM Renewable Co-Developer or Co-Investor Opportunities.
• The RFQ will remain open from December 31, 2025 until December 30, 2026
• Submissions will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis.
Please note the following documents attached are to be completed, signed, and incorporated into your RFQ proposal package:
Response to Request For Qualifications: Q26-7540KM Renewable Co-Developer or Co-Investor Opportunities.
Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement: Please review and sign the attached Mutual NDA.
Project Teaser Form: To provide added context to project specific sites.
Appendices: Omnibus Procurement Certificate, EO 16 Certificate, and W9. Please review carefully and sign as indicated.
Submittals with proposal as described in the attached RFQ must be included with proposal:
• Two or more reference projects of similar scope and complexity in development
• Org chart showing all subconsultants and key team members
• Biographies or resumes of all principals and key personnel
• Completed Project Teaser Form
• Completed PO Address of Bidder Form
• W-9 Form
• Investment capacity (financial statements or supplemental information) that indicates entity can provide at least up to the minimum investment size.
