The Contractor shall provide personnel and services for the efficient conduct of live auctions for the sale of State Vehicles and Heavy Equipment. Auctions are usually held at the State's Distribution Center at 1620 Stuyvesant Avenue, West Trenton, New Jersey 08618. The Contractor must provide a Professional Auctioneer, a minimum of four Cash Clerks, one Ticket Clerk, one Ticket Runner, a minimum of four Vehicle drivers (for vehicle auctions), and two uniformed/armed security officers at each auction. The Contractor is responsible for all auction equipment and supplies, money processing, and maintaining an audible recording of all auctions.
