The Contractor will perform a variety of tasks related to Contaminated Site Remediation and Redevelopment (CSRR) efforts throughout New Jersey. Services may include record searches, file reviews, Preliminary Assessments, Site Investigations, Remedial Investigations (RI), fieldwork sampling/testing, alternative evaluations, engineering evaluations, engineering designs, cost evaluations, remedial system monitoring/maintenance/optimization, and ecological and/or human health evaluations and assessments. The work is organized into tasks including Work Order Management, Public Participation and Agency Coordination, Information Compilation, Surveying and Mapping, Work Plan Development and Preparation, Fieldwork, Data Collection, and Evaluation, Results Reports, Data Validation and Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Subcontractor Work, Invoice Submission and Progress Reporting, Submissions and Deliverables, Legal and Technical Support, and Bookkeeping. The Contractor will be assigned site-specific Projects via Work Orders and must manage multiple projects concurrently. Remedial Action (RA) and/or construction work related to site remediation shall not be performed under this Contract.
