e. Public transit agencies.
f. Non-profit entities whose projects would provide substantial

g. Private entities in Good Standing with the New Hampshire
Secretary of State whose projects would provide substantial public and economic benefits to NH. See Section 1.10 for more details. Eligible project types a. Vehicle, engine, or equipment (unit) replacements.
I. Existing units must be powered by diesel.
The program funds eligible diesel emission reduction projects, including vehicle, engine, or equipment replacements, EPA-certified remanufacture systems, and EPA-verified idle reduction, aerodynamic, and low rolling resistance tire technologies. Projects must reduce diesel emissions and meet specific eligibility criteria, such as ownership, usage, and remaining life requirements. Applicants must cover the full cost of the proposed project prior to seeking partial reimbursement and must provide non-federal matching funds. Existing diesel-powered units must be scrapped and permanently disabled. The program is administered on a rolling monthly basis until all funding is obligated.
