The Department seeks a vendor solution to modernize the public Sex Offender Registry website and related administrative capabilities, including public search, mapping, FAQ content, tip/comment intake, annual fee payment support, and reporting/audit capabilities tied to public publication and payment administration.
The Sex Offender Registry (SOR) maintains the database of sex offenders within New Hampshire. The public website is updated weekly with information from the SOR database, including a current warrant list, information on offenders against children (Megan's Law), and offenders with multiple criminal episodes, along with photographs. The vendor will modernize the public website and related administrative capabilities, including public search, mapping, FAQ content, tip/comment intake, annual fee payment support, and reporting/audit capabilities tied to public publication and payment administration.
