The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order, for supplying the State of New Hampshire with the item(s) indicated in the “Offer” section of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting order. This shall be a one-time order with delivery required to the location indicated in the F.O.B. section of this bid invitation.
The bidder must supply one FS300-325 OTDR (quad wavelength 1310/1550 and 850/1300) with included optical power meter, FOCIS Flex inspection scope with 1.25mm and LC bulkhead inspection tips, WiFi and Bluetooth, large soft carry case, Singlemode Fiber Ring (SC/APC-LC/UPC), Multimode OM1 Fiber Ring (SC/UPC-LC/UPC), and one-click cleaner (1.25mm). Additionally, the bidder must supply one FIBER RING, SM, ASC-SC, 150M; one FIBER RING, 62.5/125um MM, SC-SC, 150M; and one CLEANER, ONE-CLICK, SC, ST, FC. Delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of purchase order to the NH Dept. of Safety, 110 Smokey Bear Blvd., Concord, NH 03305. The successful vendor must warranty all equipment for at least one year or the manufacturer's standard period, whichever is greater, covering 100% of parts, shipping, labor, travel, lodging and expenses.
