The contractor must provide a cloud-based telephone system including E911 compliant with California law, integration with Microsoft Teams, conference room phones with speaker functionality, desktop phones (single line and multiline with at least 6 programmable lines, speaker, large display, Bluetooth, add-on module support), softphone for computer and mobile, and headset compatibility. The system must support site locations, addresses, building and floor, and/or GPS coordinate information for E911. The vendor's E911 response includes labor and material for discovery, site surveys, planning, design, and implementation.
