Description
The Department of Administration, State Procurement Services Division, is considering a request from the Department
of Public Service Regulation (“DPSR”), to award a Sole Source contract to Boone Karlberg P.C. for legal services,
specifically legal defense in actions brought by Brad Molnar against the Commission in state and federal court. The
determination of this Sole Source purchase is based on the following requirements:
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS
Potential vendors who believe they can provide an equivalent product or service meeting all the requirements
listed herein and are interested in providing it to the State of Montana are invited to provide a detailed
description of their product or service.
Vendors shall use the Q&A Board in eMACS to present any questions, comments, or requests for
clarification or interpretation of any information within this notice by the Question Submission Close Date
deadline stated.
