MTA Construction & Development MTA C&D seeking a Construction Management Consultant (CCM) to develop, construct, and support the procurement of emergency exits at various locations. The emergency exits are located near the following: Line (NYCTS F Line and LIRR Line) 41st Avenue and 29th Street -Queens 41st Avenue & 12th Street - Queens Vernon Blvd - Queens 63rd Street and FDR Drive - Manhattan 63rd Street and 2nd Avenue – Manhattan Roosevelt Island - Manhattan
Estimated value: $10M - $50M. Contract term: 50 Months. Funding: 100% MTA. M/WBE goals: MBE 15%; WBE 15%; SDVOB 6%.
