The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company (“MTA C&D”), seeks to engage a consultant organization (the “Consultant”) to provide project management, construction management, design compliance, commissioning oversight, and special inspection services (along with all other services required to be performed by the Consultant pursuant to this Technical Scope of Services) for station component repairs and renewals. The Consultant shall administer, manage, oversee, and coordinate the design and construction of component repairs at twenty (20) subway stations and station renewal at two (2) subway stations in the Boroughs of Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, and Queens (collectively, the “Stations,” and the work to be performed at the Stations, the “Projects”).
Estimated value: $10M - $50M. Contract term: 56 Months. Funding: 100% MTA. M/WBE goals: MBE 15%; WBE 15%; SDVOB 6%.
