The work includes furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, permits, disposal, and incidentals to remove existing grass, vegetation, and unsuitable soil; excavate and grade for positive drainage and stable base construction; install a complete drainage system with properly sized piping, fittings, and drainage rock; install a compacted aggregate base; install a commercial-grade artificial turf system with seams, edges, anchors, and infill; and clean and restore the site before final acceptance.
