Multiple trade contracts for Painting
Electrical work includes lamp and ballast replacement, circuit troubleshooting and repair, new circuits 110V to 480V, light fixtures, switches, outlets, wiring replacement, and circuit breaker replacement. Plumbing includes repairs, maintenance, and new installations. HVAC includes equipment removal and replacement (rooftop units, CRAC units, split systems, boilers, chillers, cooling towers), routine and preventative maintenance, filter replacement, coil cleaning, and control system troubleshooting and repair. Flooring includes carpet, VCT tile, porcelain or ceramic tile, and epoxy floor removal, replacement, re-grouting, and sealing. Gates/doors/fencing work includes pedestrian door repairs and replacement (handles, locks, closers, hinges, glazing), commercial roll-up door repairs and replacement (operators, loop detectors, panels, controllers), gate operator and pedestrian gate work, and fencing installation and repair. Paving includes operations and resurfacing. Landscaping includes mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, tree removal (limbs over 20 feet), crown thinning, sprinkler system installation and repair, detention pond maintenance, irrigation system work, and lot cleanup. All work must comply with applicable local, county, municipal, state, and federal codes and regulations, METRO's standard specifications and quality assurance program, and prevailing wage requirements. Contractors must provide qualified personnel (licensed journeymen for service work; apprentices under journeymen supervision for installation), equipment such as lifts and scaffolding, site-specific safety plans, detailed construction schedules in GANTT format, material submittals for approval, and one-year warranty on workmanship and materials.
