Multiple trade contracts for Flooring
Contractors will provide maintenance, repair, and installation services across multiple trades. Electrical work includes lamp/ballast replacement, circuit installation (110V–480V), light fixtures, switches, outlets, wiring repair, and circuit breaker replacement. Flooring includes removal and installation of carpet, VCT tile, epoxy flooring, and porcelain tile. Gates/Doors/Fencing covers pedestrian door repairs and replacement, commercial roll-up door repair and replacement, gate operators, and fencing installation and repair. HVAC services include equipment removal and replacement, coil cleaning, filter changes, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and control system modifications for rooftop units, split units, air handlers, chillers, and associated equipment. Landscaping maintenance includes mowing, pruning, tree trimming (including trees over 20 feet), weeding, sprinkler system installation and repair, detention pond maintenance, and debris removal. All work must comply with applicable codes, use appropriate materials and licensed technicians, follow METRO safety and QA/QC standards, and obtain METRO project manager approval for scheduling and submittals.
