This Request for a Job Order Contract (JOC) Cooperative Quote (RFCQ) is for the Lone Star College System Houston North Greenspoint Campus Office Renovation.
The System seeks to contract with a JOC Co-Op contractor to complete the project as stated in the Scope of Work.

Co-Operative JOC Quotes shall be submitted electronically through the Lone Star College System e-Bid system. Bidders are required to read the Special Conditions and to comply with all bid terms. The Lone Star College System will accept quotes from the issue date until is closed at 2:00 p.m. CST on October 07, 2026.
