RFB - Request For Bid
The bidder must supply 15,000 burlap sandbags meeting detailed specifications: 14 inches x 26 inches, heavy-duty burlap (100% natural jute fibers), 50+ lb weight capacity, 9 oz fabric weight, reinforced bottom and side stitching with Herakle Stitch, attached tie strings, and 100% biodegradable. The bags must be pre-packaged in bales of 1,000 bags each. The bidder must be an authorized distributor/reseller/service provider for the offered products and provide proof of at least 2 years of experience. Delivery is F.O.B. delivered, freight prepaid and allowed, to the LA County Beaches & Harbors Warehouse in Redondo Beach, CA, no later than November 15, 2026.
