The solicitation covers two line items: 15,000 units of HID iCLASS Prox 2K/2 programmable cards (part no. 2120BG1MNN, brand HID Global) and 15,000 units of HID Corporate 1000 maintenance fee service (part no. MC-1000, brand HID Global). The cards must be programmed with a 48-bit HID Global Corporate 1000 format, sequential card range. The maintenance service is a brand-specific service to ensure compatibility with the existing HID Corporate 1000 access control system. Delivery is F.O.B. delivered, freight pre-paid and allowed, to the Electronic Health Record Systems Division at 313 N. Figueroa St., Suite 518, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
