The Department of Health Services ("DHS" or "Department") of the County of Los Angeles ("County") is issuing this Request for Proposals ("RFP" or "solicitation") to solicit proposals (also "RFP proposal(s)") from and to enter into agreements ("Agreement(s)") with qualified entities ("Proposer(s)") that intend to provide and are capable of providing Shuttle Bus Driver Services (also "Services") at Harbor UCLA Medical Center and Olive View UCLA Medical Center. The selected contractor will provide trained, professional, courteous, and uniformed Drivers who can provide Shuttle Bus Driver Services to DHS patients, visitors, and County employees at any Service Site(s) identified in the Statement of Work, including Harbor UCLA Medical Center and Olive View UCLA Medical Center.
