This project is a Design-Bid-Build construction project to remediate existing pedestrian facilities and bring them into compliance with current ADA standards at a total of 22 sites: 15 Access Request sites & 7 LA28 Program Access Improvements (PAI) sites.
The scope of work includes
Sidewalk, driveway, curb & gutter replacement;
Curb ramp installation;
Remodel catch basin lid;
AC patch repair;
Concrete intersection gutter repairs;
Remove & reinstall water meters;
Adjust utility boxes & vaults to grade;
Relocate fire hydrants.
Remove & reinstall bus bench
Remove & re-install pedestrian pipe guardrail/handrail,
Tree work & landscape restoration;
