The purpose of this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) is to ensure the continuous provision of energy efficiency project services which are currently being provided by qualified vendors through EEPMA. EEPMA has provided a timely, efficient, and cost-effective method of enabling ISD to respond to various energy issues.
The current EEPMA expires September 4, 2026. This RFSQ applies to current and prospective EEPMA vendors.
